Clients must provide clear, current photos of each person to be drawn. Photos should show the face clearly, with no sunglasses or hats unless you specifically want these included in the caricature. Eye colour should be identifiable where possible. Please supply several recent images, including at least one full-body photo.
Ideally, include head-and-shoulders photos where the person is looking slightly left or right, rather than straight at the camera, as this helps achieve a stronger likeness.
Low-resolution images are not accepted. This includes small, compressed, or LinkedIn profile photos.

If the person’s hairstyle or hair colour has changed, you must provide photos that reflect their current appearance. Outdated or inaccurate reference photos will affect likeness.
If a caricature needs to be redrawn due to non-current or unsuitable photos being supplied, this will require additional payment.
Good photos = good caricature.

Please include hobbies, interests, or defining traits you would like featured. General descriptions such as “nice guy” are not useful. Specific details such as “loves golf,” “keen sailor,” or “coffee tragic” help create a stronger, more personal caricature.

A draft sketch will be provided for approval, focusing on likeness and overall theme.
One round of reasonable changes is included at the draft stage. Excessive changes, defined as more than one set of revisions, will incur an additional fee.

Once the draft is approved and final payment is received, the completed caricature will be finished and emailed as a high-quality digital file.
